In response to many requests, the
management of the Bonstelle Civic
Theater will produce "Little Wo-
men" the week of Dec. 23, following
a holiday policy pursued by Jessie
Bonstelle for several seasons. The
celebrated novel of Louisa NI. Al-
cott was dramatized by Marian
DeForest at Miss Bonstelle's re-
quest 21 years ago, and the play
is intimately identified with her
long career in the theater. Miss
Bonstelle's role as "Marmee,"
mother of the four March girls,
will be played by Jessie Busley, and
Miss Bonstelle's niece, Helen
Lange, will appear as "Beth." The
other sisters will be played by Joan
Madison as "Jo," Marie Adele as
"Meg," and Eugene Chapel as
"Amy." Ernest Glendinning will
be starred as Professor Baer and
Robert Henderson will play
"Laurie".
