The Young Israel' Intermediates
met last Sunday afternoon at the
Philadelphia-Byron Hall. It was
decided that future meetings be
held twice a month. The next meet-
ing will be held on Dec. 2.5.
At the last meeting, Max Chem-
sky talked to both the junior and
intermediate groups on "Jewish
Humor."
The distribution of baskets for
Chanukah was planned and a few
baskets are made and many more
are expected in the next 10 days."
All Jewish boys and girls be-
tween the ages of 10 to 14 are eli-
gible for the junior group of Young
Israel and those between the ages
of 14 to 18 are eligible for the
intermediate group.

clared the regular quarterly divi-
dend of one and one-half per cent

Lambda Tau Alpha Fraternity
will hold its second annual holi-
day dance on Sunday, Dec. 18, at
Jericho Temple. The Lombard-
ians, a nine-niece orchestra, will

CONCERT ON DEC. 28

The second annual Chanukah
concert of the Windsor Talmud
Torah will be held on Wednesday,
Dec. 28, at 8 p. m., at the Talmud
Tbrah Hall, 628 Tuscarora street.
A splendid program has been
prepared and will be directed by
Mr. and Mrs. 1. Singerrnan. It
will include songs and recitations
in Hebrew and Jewish, and as a
special feature a tableaux. "Chat-
utzim," which will describe life
in Palestine.
