The occasion, primarily a social gathering, was marked by deep interest shown by all in attend- ance in the home and the prog- rem made in the past few years. A brief address was made by Herman Cohen, president of the Jewish Children's Home, who greeted those in attendance and who expressed regret at the pass- ing of Samuel B. Brief addresses were de- livered by Fred M. Butzel and Moses Weiswasser, members of the board. Entertainment was provided by a group from the Chord of Judea Symphony Orchestra, under the leadership of William Bliznick; songs by Rev. A. A. Rosenfeld, cantor of Congregation B'nai Moshe, accompanied by Miss Rose Gateman; and solos by Mrs. II. Warren, of the Halevy-Ilazomir Singing Society, accompanied by Miss Albert.
