Emanuel Synagogue, Woodrow Wil-
son and Taylor, at 7:30 p. m. The
speakers will include Harry S. Toy,
prosecuting attorney; Arthur E.
Gordon, judge of recorder's court.
The purpose of this meeting is
to unite and protect the property
owners. Mr. Toy will explain laws
that can be enacted and enforced
