Mrs. Mosessohn was born in
Odessa, Russia, and came to this

sohns lived first in Texas, then in
Portland, Oregon, where the de.
ceased was prominently identified

Even after she moved to New York
13 years ago she was still associa-
ted with Portland philanthropies
and Was honorary president of the
local Jewish Ladies Aid Society.

ber of Judge Keidan's associates

10 Jews in the lower houses and
five in the senate.
The six who were elected are
Dr. Geza Dcvi, a member of the
government party, who was a
member of the old parliament;
Paul Sandor, independent, re-
elected; Ernest Brody, Eugen Gal,
and Dr. Bela Fabian, all of the
Democratic party, re-elected, and
Dr. Johann Vaszonyi, Democrat,
who was elected for the first time.
Dr. Vasonvi is the son of the late
Wilhelm Vaszonyi, minister of jus.
