the presentation of "Incident" as
its next production, states:
"There is nothing simple :about
'Incident.' It is a thoroughly mod-
ern play and is intended for adults
who are awake to twentieth cen-
tury problems. 'Indolent" is a com-
edy-the first we have attempted
this season-and provides a wel-
come change of fare. It is the
first play by Rose Kohn to be pro-
duced in a theater. This young
playwright, we feel, will bear
watching."

Federation of Lahor again this

which it has done for many years

two other judges, from what has
become of the Court of Common
Pleas, he did his full share of the
hard work necessary to keep the
docket of that court up to date.
