The outstanding event in the
Hebraic world is the celebration
of the tenth anniversary of the
only Ilebrew weekly in the United
States, the Hadoar. This is the
first time in the history of Hebrew
journalism in this country that a
Hebrew magazine has completed :
a decade of existence. The He

in many and various ways, and
the Kvutzah lvrith of Detroit also
is preparing a celebration.
111enuchein Ribalow, editor of
the Hatioar, a celebrated journal-
ist and critic and a fine speaker in
Hebrew and Yiddish, will visit De-
troit Tuesday and Wednesday,
Feb. 17 and 18, and will address
two meetings, one in Yiddish and
one in Hebrew. The arrangements
committee is calling for special
meetings to formulate and com-
plete all plans for the occasion at
the home of A. l'anush, 2024

The members of the Kvutzah
are also requested to meet at Kra-
