ing was held June 8 at the home

The Ilicur Cholem Juniors met
at the home of Miss Hudson. Work
on the twentieth annual excursion
to Tashmoo on Sunday, June 15, is
completed, according to the re-
ports of committees. The plans
include a major baseball game be-
tween K. of I'. 55 and II. I'. Red
Sucks, and another game featur-
ing two of the best senior teams
of the Jewish Center. The win-
ner of each game is to receive a
loving cup. Other events include
a pie-eating contest and various
games and races, together with
dancing on the boat and on the
island. Tickets are to be bought
from committee only, stationed
one block north of the Griswold
street pier, from which the boat
leaves at 9 a. in. sharp. The en-
tire proceeds of this affair, as of
all other affairs sponsored by this
society, is to be distributed among,
the needy.
Purity Rainbow Girls.
The Purity Rainbow Girls will

long tables, which were decorated
