Mrs. S. Munch was hostess of
the last meeting of the Northwest
ern Women's League. A favorable
report was given by the chairmen
of the committee of the bridge-
luncheon to be held at the Chinese
Tea Gardens, 1516 Woodward,'
June 18, at 12:30. The next meet-
ing of the league will take place
at thePhiladelphia-Byyron hall
Tuesday, June 10, at 2:30. A
reading will be given by Mrs. Metz
and a fine program has been ar-
ranged.

Alpha Beta Gamma Sorority,
Alpha Beta Ganinut Sorority met
at the home of Miss Esther Silber,
June 3, The moonlight will be
given on Friday evening, June 27,
to Sugar Island. Miss Pearl Gil-
berg is chairman of the affair. The
sorority entertained Miss Minn Sil-
ver, a bride-elect of June 15, mem-
ber of the sorority, with a personal
shower on June 5, at the home of
Miss Ruth Berman. The next
meeting will be on Monday, June
9, at the homeof Sliss Ruth Feld-
man, 1977 Gladstone.
