Milling Company of Grand Rapids
is making regular carbmd ship-
ments of flour to Minneapolis.

the Minnesota metropolis, whose
agents sell it to the trade.
The Watson-Higgins shipments
consist of "Perfection Brand"
flour, 111111111 from Xlichigan-grown
wheat. Housekeepers long ago
found that flour from the soft

this State is hest for pastry. Its
glutei] content is less than that of
the wheat produced in the north-
west and southwest.
Growers have discovered that
this white wheat cannot be sue-
vessfully cultivated in other states.
Wisconsin farmers have tried to
