It was decided to grant to each
Zionist body the right to send five
delegates and to others three dele-
gates each. A prominent national
leader is to be the principal speak-
er at the conference.
Aaron Kurland, president of the
Detroit committee, was chosen
chairman of the convention com-1
mittee, with Edward Franzblau as
chairman of arrangements. P.
Slomovitz and J. Haggai were
chosen co-chairmen of publicity
and 1. Weiner was elected secre-
tary. On the committee to invite
