Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity has
elected for the year 1930 the fol-
lowing officers:
Amson Tabor, president; Mor-
ton Friedman, vice-president; Har-
ry S. Scheinman, secretary and
treasurer.
Zeta Beta Tau is the oldest and
largest Jewish college fraternity
having been organized in 1898 and
having chapters in 38 of the lead-
ing universities of this country and
Canada. It has alumni graduate
clubs in 64 cities. There are about
30 alumni residing in Detroit, all
of whom are active in the gradu-
ate club and its membership is ac-

fare work in the Jewish commun-
ity. Rabbi Leo M. Franklin is an
honorary member.
During the coming year, the
Graduate lub plans a series of
dinners, including one in honor of
the members of the chapter in Ann
Arbor. It also plans a smoker for
young men who contemplate en-,
tering the University of Michigan
during this coming fall.
