During the last five years Mr.
irshbein spent in traveling
through every part of the world
studying the life of the Jews every.
where he met them. Especially
important are the reports Mr.

Jews in Russia and Palestine,
where he spent many months.

one of Mr. Hirshbein's best plays,
"The Forsaken Nook."
Mr. Hirshbein will be given a
reception meeting Sunday evening,
Ian. 19 at the Children's Theater,
539 Kenilworth. On this occasion
Mr. Ilirshbein will speak on "Jews
in Many Lands." Ilis second ap-
