originality. Fashioned of antique
gold crepe, it hail the sm art prin-
cess lines which gave it a medieval
appearance in perfect harmony
with the character of the gallery.
The slightly shirred bodice was
distinguishes! by a round neckline,
and long sleeves falling in points
over her hands. A narrow panel
in the center of the front of the
gown fell from the neck to the
hint of the extremely long skirt
which extended into a train in the
bark. A simple ivory tulle veil
fell in graceful folds over her
dress. Slippers of antique gold
brocade rind a bridal bouquet of
Joanna Ilill roses completed her
ensemble.
Sirs. Harry L. Winston, who at-
tended her sister as matron of
honor, was attired in a frock of
sea green vevlet, made with a low
square neck and without sleeves.
The long circular skirt was in
keeping with the style of the dress.
A brown turban and green slippers
were attractive accessories and her
bouquet was composed of Joanna
Hill and Pernot roses.
The bridesmaids. including Miss
Miriam Fecheimer of New York,
formerly of Detroit, Mrs. John
Reeder, Mrs. Alfred B. ('ennoble,
,ir., of Ann Arbor, Miss Rosalie
Kahn, a sister of the bride, were
gowned in taffeta dresses having
close fitting high waisted bodices
with round necks, and full skirts
reaching the floor with a large bow
at the waistline in the back.
Brown maline turbans and bou-
quets ofeJoanna Hill and Pernot
rosy,: ridded effective touches to
their costumes. Mias Fechimer
and Mrs. Reeder were in dull rose,
while Mrs. Connahle and Miss
Kahn were in dull blue.
Mrs. Kahn wore dark blue vel-
vet, while Sirs. Rothman chose
Hark vs Ives. Both matrons had
shoulder bouquets of orchids.
Dr. Philip Rothman assisted his
brother as best man and the ush-
ers included James Strauss, Leon-
ard Lewis, Harry Winston and
Dr. Edgar Kahn.
Following the ceremony a re-
ception was given, and the various
rooms were adorned with vases of
Columbia roses and snap-dragons.
In the dining room the serving
table was spread with a cloth of
antique filet, and centered
with a silver bowl of Joanna Hill
roses. Illumination was provides!
by seven branched silver candel-
abra, holding ivory tapers.
Mr. and Mrs. Rothman went to
Sea Island for their wedding trip,
Upon their return they will reside
in Dayton, Ohio.
Mr. and Sirs. Kuhn gave the re-
hearsal dinner on Sunday evening
in their home.

The nuptial vows of Miss Rose
Leinoff, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.
