The Los Angeles Auxiliary has
changed its meeting day from
Monday to Sunday. The first Sun-
day meeting will be held Nov. 17
at the A. R. Center, 527 llolbrook
avenue, at 10 a. ra. All workers
and representatives of synagogues
are requested to come to these
Sunday meetings, and participate
in the work.
Harry Levine, chairman of the
theater committee, reports favor-
ably on the affair to take place on
Wednesday, Dec. 11, at Lattaan's
People's Theater.
The annual bazaar is to be held
from Feb. 1 to Feb. 6, at the Phila-
delphia-Byron Center.
The synagogue report, thus far,
follows: $75 from Congregation
Ahavath Zion, $91 from Congrega-
tion Ahavath Achim; $100 from
Littman's People's Theater under
direction of Rev. Nathanson. The
place. thus far, brought in $36.69.

Rabbi Joseph Fox, better known
under his pen name "Shuloi." who
is a graduate of the Palestine Sem-
inary of Rabbi Kook, is to lecture
before the 'Menorah Society, this
Sunday, Nov. 17, on one of the sub-
jects to which he has devoted much
of his studies: "The Cabbalistic In-
docility in Religion." Rabbi Fox is
deep student of all phases of
Jewish religion, and is at present
compiling a book to be entitled
"The Faith of Chassidism."
