ern and Central Europe now play-

lican parties. In Upper Silesia,
Danzig and the Polish Corridor he
studied the dangerous conflicts of
interest between I'eland and Ger-
many. In Austria and Hungary
he investigated the efforts of the
League of Nations which have re
stilted in the rehabilitation of those
countries. He has observed on the
spot conditions in France, Italy,
the Star Valley, Czechoslovakia
and England.

World Court and talked with the

many conferences held by the
League of Nations and has con-
ferred with League leaders.
