pictures shown by him at our
home, 262 Rowena, on Saturday
afternoon, March 23, at which A
time a Purim party eras given for
our children. Many thanks to
Dorothy Webber, who entertained
the children with !several vocal se-
lections and dances, also to Mar-
jorie Marienthal, who danced, and
Master Joe Schrer, who held the
children and all present spellbound
with his voice. We also wish to
announce that a regular meeting
will be held Wednesday evening,
April 3, at 8 o'clock, at Temple
Emanuel, corner Taylor and Wil-
son. An enjoyable musical pro-
gram has been planned. All mem-
bers are urged to attend, and a
hearty welcome is extended to all
friends of members.

was a rousing success. We are

Sh-h, folks! I was listening in
last week at the meeting of the Phi
Sigma Gamma. Did you knot.

bridge at the home of the presi-
dent on April 4? They are also
anticipating, a dinner-dance.

Moriettes.
A very delightful open meeting
was held at the home of Miss Es-
ther Swartz of Richton avenue on
Wednesday evening, March 20
After the meeting, bridge was the
diversion of the evening. A mid-
night supper was served, the col-
c,rs being carried in pink and
green. The girls are now looking
for a cottage for the summer
months. The next meeting will be
held at the home of the Misses
Goldener of Cortland avenue.

Varjete Club.
The Variete Club held a busi-
ness meeting at the home of Jen-
nie Krivetsky, 2663 Tuxedo. The
charter members were the only
ones present. Officers chosen are:
Freda Cohen, president; Alice
Kanfir, secretary, Jennie Krivet-
sky, treasurer; Esther Simon.

the meeting a luncheon was served.
The tables were arranged with
favors corresponding to St. Pat-
rick's Day.

Omricon Delta Sorority.
The meeting of the Omricon
Delta Sorority was held at the Y.
IA'. II. A. March 20. Misses Fran-
cis and Yetta DeLab and Yetta
Panetz were accented as members.
The raffle, which had been in
discussion for some time, will be
held some time in June. Tickets
will be on sale next week. A beau-
tiful imported electric clock will
be the feature. Tickets may be
secured by calling the secretary.
