mour Simona, Detroit musical com-
poser and orchestra leader, died at
I a. m. Wednesday in the Harper
hospital following a week's illness
of influenza.
Mrs. Simons was the daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Casper Oppen-
helm, 1690 Calvert avenue. Her
parent., the husband, two daugh-
tern, Shirley and Sarah; a sister,
MMelba Sarah, and two brothers,
Saul and Lee Oppenheim, survive.
Funeral services were held at 2
p. m. Thursday at the Lewis chapel,
7739 John R. street, with Rabbi A.
M. Hershman and the Rev. Elija
Zaludkowalcy in charge. Burial
was in Cloverhill Park cemetery.
