"The American Federation of
Labor has declared the five day
work-week as one of its high ens
and chief objectives. It is com-
mitted to the inauguration of this
social and economic change just as
rapidly as economic and industrial
conditions will permit. Already
many thousands of workers enjoy
the five-day week. Tha produc-

the extended use of power is mak-

The wide Victory chassis frame, flush with the
body lines, provides a foundation for the body
-which is directly mounted without sills. This
remarkable construction lowers the all-important
center of gravity, increases the head room. and
eliminates the customary body overhang.

And as a consequence, the new Victory grips
the road at the curs- es, travels rough pavement
with incredible smoothness, obeys the four-A heel
brakes instantly-yet with no discomfort to pas-
sengers. And provides a quality of pick-up,
flexibility and fast flashing action that we urge
you most earnestly to investigate.
