of Sadie Shur on Saturday, July
14. The meeting was presided
over by the president, Rose Cohen.
The program consisted Of a debate,
"Resolved, that Reform Jews are
coming closer to Orthodoxy." The
speakers were Genevieve Rossin
and Sophie Cohen, affirmative;
Ruth Rabinowitz and Sally Men-
delssohn, negative. The negativa
won. An outing was held Sunday,
July 22. The next meeting will
be held at the home of Anna Lipa,
2230 West Euclid.
