the School of Religion last Sun-
day, the teachers of the School of
Religion of Temple Beth El gath-
ered in the Men's Temple Club
room to bid the rabbis and each
other their vacation farewells. The
teachers took this opportunity of
recognizing the inspiring influence
exerted over the Temple school by
the personality of Mrs. Rose Wein-
man, who has just completed 30
years of teaching by presenting
her with a cameo brooch.

the affair, included a piano recital
by Mrs. John Feldman, and vocal
solos by Mrs. Martin M. Weisberg,
accompanied by Mrs. Feldman.
Flowers for the occasion were
supplied through the courtesy of
Charles Rosman of the Subway
Flower Shop, and candy through
the courtesy of Sanders'.
Bridge, winners in which re-
ceived prizes, and swimming fol-
lowed the program.
On June 17 the society will
sponsor a picnic for members, the
men's society and their friends, at
Bloomer State Park, out Rochester
road. There will be games, re-
freshments, prizes, etc. Details
will be announced next week.
Plans for future social affairs
include a yacht party for members
of the auxiliary as well as the
Maimonides Medical Society.
