Thousands Send Slogans
Describing Performance
Of the New Victory Six.
Thousands of rides in the Victory
Six are already resulting in thou-
sands of slogans in the $20,000 con-
test of Dodge Brothers, Inc., this
month to find the slogan that best
describes the performance of the
car. The contest closes at midnight,
March 31.
From every stale in the union and
many foreign countries, letters are
pouring into the Dodge Brothers
Detroit plant. Many are from Vic-
tory Six owners, but the great ilia-
jority are from owners of other cars
who have received a demonstration
in a Victory Six from a dealer or
salesman. Any one is eligible to
enter the contest except employees
of Dodge Brothers, their dealers,
service men and their families. The
only requirements are that slogans
must be submitted after a demon-
stration in a Victory Six, and must
be 10 words or cooin length, and
must be mailed not later than
March 31. A total of 708 prizes
will be awarded, with a first prize
of $1,000.
