"There was some talk," Cham- berlain continued, "in certain quarters, about the advisability of establishing an independent Uk- rainian government, I h never encouraged these tenden- cies. I have no sympathy for the policy of the Soviet government. I heartily detest their methods at home and abroad. The second is by an Englishman and is entitled "The Babbitt War- ren." Rabbi Frans will point out the criticisms that are based on mis• conceptions, but he will also select those criticisms which are valid and to which the American people must give heed. In his reply to these European critics of America. Rabbi Fram will present an Amer- ican criticism of Europe. On Saturday, Aug. 6, the sub- ject of Rabbi Fram's sermon will be "Metropolis."
