A regular meeting of Theta Delta
omega sorority was held on May 5
at the home of Miss Alzofon. Sum-
mer plans were discussed and also
plans for the dunce on May 28, which
will be given at the crystal ballroom
of the Masonic Temple under the ans.

The annual meeting of Senior Ha-
Ilassah will take place Wednesday aft-
ernoon, May 18, at 2:15, at the Fed-
eration clubhouse, Second and Han-
cock. A most interesting and enter-
taining program has been planned. In
addition to short annual reports and
election of officers, there will be a
Palestine movie picture, exhibited for
the first time in Detroit. Mrs. Abra-
ham Cooper will sing and the meet-
ing will close with a strawberry fes-
tival.

Madison Athletic Club,

to the fact that the members spent
the day in making repairs at their
cottage at Cass Lake. Under the
leadership of Michael Gruskin, the
cottage committee is doing every-
thing within its power to make this
the biggest and most successful sum-
mer it has ever had. There are many
changes under way to meet the an-
ticipated needs. The formal opening
date will be announced later and
will mark a new epoch in the life of
the organization.
The dance committee reports that
all arrangements have been com-
pleted for the big Maytirne dance
which will be held Friday evening,
May 211, at the Maccabees Temple,
Woodward at Putnam. Billie Busher's
original Cass Lake Orchestra will fur-
nish the music.
It is our desire that this dance
should serve as a re-union for the
promotion of continued interest
among our friends during the sum-
her months. Plans are in progress
to make this dance an outstanding
event of the season and thus far there
is a good indication that such will be
the case. Tickets may be secured
from any of the members or at the
