General Real Estate — Investments.
Correctly selected LAND CONTRACTS are unequalled
as investments for estates, private parties and institutions
with surplus funds not required in commercial and other
business undertakings. They yield a larger return on the
average investment than any other class of investment not
requiring employment of personal effort and supervision.
Yield on this class of investment ranges from a minimum
of 15 per cent to a maximum of much better than 20 per
cent on the average investment.

peasant class and their inability to
buy, and the shortage of money, the
inability of the craftsman to pur-

the other hand, are responsible for
the complete breakdown of the
craftsman class this last year.
Conditions have changed greatly,

Poland this fall, simply because the
majority of people were unable to
make any purchases for a long time
and are now going to make all the
replacements and purchases. The
great fear among the Jews is that
they will not be able to take advant-

benefit by it. The Jewish shoemaker,
