purpose of establishing a representa-
tive Jewish body in Europe to look
after the protection of Jewish rights
in Eastern Europe and to he the link
between European and American Jew-
ry. All Jewish communities in Eu-
rope are being invited to send their
representatives to this conference and
a delegation of the American Jewish
Congress will go to Europe to partici-
pate in the conference.
When the American Jewish Con-
gress meets in October, the delegates
will have intimate knowledge of the
Jewish problems in Europe, and as a
result of the European conference
they will be in a position to co-operate
l edectively in solving the perplexing
