GRISWOLD
NATIONAL BANK
Opens Uptown Office

MONDAY, MAY 17

Cass at the Boulevard. One block west of Woodward.

Directly opposite General Motors Building.

Detroit has bestowed upon The Griswold National Bank the greatest inaugural
success in banking history. And now, less than six months old, it draws
the further reward of expansion from the Opportunity City of the world.
The opening of the Uptown Office is a natural development of Detroit's eager
acceptance of this new and dynamic spirit in banking. The Griswold National
Bank, opened last November 19th in the Buhl Building, already has resources
in excess of $13,000,000—a banking achievement without parallel.
It is, above all, an expression of confidence in the successful Detroit business
men who organized this bank, and who pledged: "The spirit that shall govern
The Griswold National Bank is the same that has guided its officers, directors,
and stockholders in the conduct of their business affairs.
To the many whose convenience will best be served by the new Uptown
Office, we reaffirm that pledge and assurance that the same policies and com-
plete service will be theirs that account for the outstanding success of The
Griswold National Bank.
