If Both You and Your
Wife Have Near
Relatives

TN the case of a man and wife without chil-
1 dren, the property, if distributed by law rather
than by Will usually goes entirely to the wife
at the death of the husband, and upon her death,
entirely to her relatives.

-IZE

In case of the wife's death followed by that of
the husband, the property often goes entirely to
the husband's relatives. .

G

This strictly legal division often causes great
difficulty-but there is a just and equitable dis-
tribution on which both husband and wife may
agree in advance. This plan does justice to both
sides of the house and saves suffering as well as
bitterness.
