Institute Players.
The following officers were elected
at the meeting held last Sunday af-

sion meetings. A Chanukah party
was given several weeks ago by Miss
Esther Edelman of Alger avenue and
a party was held at the Little Thea-
ter, 89 Rowena street, on Dec. 24.

Los Amigos.
A meeting of Los Amigos was held
Sunday afternoon, Jan. 3, at the
home of Ruth Radding. The follow-
ing officers were elected: President,
Abraham Bizer; vice-president, Mor-
ris Cohn; secretary, Rose Auslander;
treasurer, David Bennish; literary
chairman, Mabel Botvinick. Isadore
Brown and Lillian Brown were the
two members elected to the executive
committee. Mabel Botvinick, Isadore
Brown and Edward Auslander were
the three members elected to the
recreation committee. Rose Buchman
became a member of the club. Fur-
ther plans were made for a banquet
to be held in February. The result
of the raffle will be given on Sunday,
Jan. 17, at the next meeting, to be
held at the home of Jeanette Aus-
lander, 12201 Hamilton boulevard.

The Atlas Social Club.
At the last regular meeting of the
Atlas Social Club, held Sunday, Jan.
3, plans were made to present sev-
eral plays in the near future. A
party is also planned to take place
the early part of February. The next
meeting, scheduled for Sunday, Jan.
10, will be an open meeting and
friends of members are invited. The
meeting will begin at 5 o'clock, at
which time a debate will take place
on "The Child Labor Amendment."

The Hebrew Ladies Aid Society
celebrated its fourteenth birthday
anniversary at the meeting hall at
682 East Warren avenue on Dec. 30.
Speeches were given by Mesdames
R. Fleisher, Ilarry Klein, E. Sobel,
Freedman and Ilersh. A large birth-
day rake was cut and each member
present received a piece. A special
meeting was held on Jan. 6, at which
time final arrangements were made
for a ball to take place on Feb. 7,
at the Betel Statler.

try. Mr. Rottman is 23 years of age.;

Hadassah Both.

Plans for a dance were discussed
at a meeting of the Hadassah Buds
held at the Shaarey Zedek Syna-
gogue last Sunday. A board meet-
ing will be held at the home of Sylvia
Medow, 1730 Hazelwood avenue, on
Tuesday, Jan. 12, and a regular meet-
ing will be held at the Shaarey Zedek
Synagogue on Sunday, Jan. 10.

Kadimah Girls.

Miss Ilelen Valantzow was hostess
at a meeting of the Kadimah Girls
