Harry S. Scheinman, who has been
assistant prosecuting attorney for
four years, has had his resignation
accepted and will enter private prac-
tice. According to Lester S. Mull,
chief assistant prosecutor, Mr.
Scheinman resigns with a remarkable
record, having prosecuted over 1,200
cases, most of them successfully. Mr.
Scheinman, who is a graduate of the
