The hilariously funny comedy,
"Meet the Wife," in which Mary Bo-
land enjoyed an unusually successful
starring tour, has been selected b
Miss Bonstelle as the offering at the
Bonstelle Playhouse next week, be-
ginning Sunday night.
"Meet the Wife" is the work of
Lynn Starling and affords an unusual
group of interesting characters, with
Gertrude Lennox, a woman of the
' modern, efficient and self-sufficient
type, leading the field. This is the
role interpreted by Mary Boland
which will be played by Miss Bon -

stelle during the forthcoming engage-
merit.
"Meet the Wife" effervesces with
wit, satire, humor and highly amusing
situations and should prove one of
the most rollicking offerings yet pre-1
sented by the Bonstelle organization.
It will require the services of Miss
Bonstelle. Gilda Leary, Eleanor Mar-

"The Nervous Wreck" to Hold
Over Another Week at
Majestic.

So many patrons were unable to
gain admittance at the Majestic The-
ater last week, due to tremendous'
crowds, that the Woodward Players
have decided to offer "The Nervous
Wreck" for another week. The play,
was written by Owen Davis,
and in which Taylor Holmes starred
so notably, has had record-breaking
runs in almost every principal city
in the United States. The offering
by the Woodward Players is the first
time in stock anywhere for the play
and Manager McGee secured it for
the Majestic only by special arrange-
ment with the producers.
There is action every minute. The
situations are alternately droll and
exciting. From the moment when
the scene opens on the desert with a
flivver run out of gas, whose occu-
pants are holding up another car to
obtain fuel, there is laughter and ex-
citement continually.
