OBITUARY
The death of Philip Jacoby, a resi-
dent of Detroit for the past 12 years,
occurred at his residence, 1449 Long-
fellow avenue, Sunday, Aug. 31. Mr.

The funeral of Mr. Jacoby took
place Monday, Rabbi Moses Fischer
officiating. Interment was in Oak-
wood Cemetery, Royal Oak. alasionie

survived by his widow, Mrs'. Regi Ja-
coby; four sons, Manuel, Bela,
Charles and Bernard Jacoby.; his
mother, Mrs. Jennie Jacoby of Akron,
Ohio; three brothers, Herman Jacoby
of McKeesport, Pa., Morris Jacoby of
Akron and Adolph Jacoby of Detroit;
and three sisters,. Mrs. Freda Jacobs
of McKeesport, Mrs. Helen Schwartz
and Mrs. Esther Friedman, both of
Akron.
