The members of the retiring and
the newly-elected boards of directors
of the Arts Society of Temple Beth
El were hosts at a surprise dinner
and dance given a short time ago at
Westwood Inn in honor of Mrs. Frank
V. Martin, the retiring president of
the society. The table, at which were
seated 22 guests, was decorated with
lilacs and other spring flowers and
greens. Mrs. Martin was presented
with a corsage of roses, sweet peas
and lilies-of-the-valley. Besides Mr.
and Mrs. Martin the guests were
Rabbi and Mrs. Leo M. Franklin, Mr.
and Mrs. Morris Garvett, Mr. and
Mrs. Mover B. Sulzberger, Mr. and
Mrs. Milford Stern, Mr. and Mrs.
