I beg to remind my readers that not for a single day since the Germn

And I would further remind them that unless this suggested conference can
arrive at a satisfactory solution of the economic troubles of Europe, that
no power on earth can prevent another w•r of even greater magnitude than
the terrible one from which we have not vet recovered. And as • find
