The resignation folows the division

policies ending in a tie, 38 members
voting for and a similar number op-
posing.
Opponents of the governments pol-

and deputies representing the Jewish,
Poish and German minority groups.
Representatives of hese groups were
absent from the sessions for some two

Mosessohn, executive director of the
United Waist League of America, has
been named to the post of supreme
arbiter of the industry.
The Mosessohn family, in view of
the recent naming of David M. Mo-
sessohn, a brother, to a similar posi-
tion in the dress manufact.tring in-
dustry, will contain two "industry
dictators." The combined annual
business of the industries affiliated
with the league of which M. Mosessohn
will be the "supreme arbiter" is esti-
mated at $200,000,000.
Don't try to bite off more prosperity than you can
handle—don't gamble with it. Do all the business
you can now. The future will take care of itself.
Any other method means trouble ahead.
