TWO DEBATES TO BE
HELD THIS SUNDAY
A double debate will be on the pro-
gram of Young Judaea activities this
Sunday afternoon at the Wilkins
street Talmud Torah, when the De-
fenders of the White and Blue and
the Maccabees of Judaea will discuss
the problem of the conipatability of
Reform Judaism with Zionism and the
Knights of Judaea meet the Tikvas
Zion on the question of anti-Semitism.
The debate between the Defenders
and the Maccabees will he held first, to
tie' followed by the Knights-Tikvas
debate. The latter will debate on the
question, "Resolved that anti-Semitism
has in the main benefited the Jewish
people as a whole." The Knights, up-
holding the affirmative, will tie repre-
sented by Julius Kahatsky, captain,
Sam Firestone and Abraham Torgow.
The Tikvas team is to consist of Mol-
lie Chalwnsky, Eva Croll and Naomi
liuchhalter.
The first debate is to start at 2 p .
m. and the second at 3 p. tn. The
public is invited.

school. Meyer Zeff and Joe Safran

Joseph Markel, chairman of the ab-
