Elaborate preparations are living
made by the Phi Sigma Epsilon fra-
ternity for an old fashioned Hal-
lowe'en party to be given at the
country home of Saul Jacobs, near Mt,
Clemens.
The party will drive out in the
afternoon. A special orchestra from
Detroit will furnish the music for
dancing. A Mt. Clemens caterer will
provide the food. The grounds will
be suitably decorated with Hallowe'en
symb•ls. An unusual program of
entertainment, in keeping with the
day, has been arranged.
