A QUEER STORY
That ■ so-called and perhaps self-
styled "Soviet Russia" agent, whose
name is variously given as Solomon
or Schulman, wanted to construct a
Jewish city in Michigan is the latest
gibe the papers carry. This gentle-
man, whose center of activity was
Chicago, appears to have sought to
place contracts with American firms
for shipment to Bolshevik Russia.
And as a side line he is said to have
planned the building of a city to hold
20,000 Jews. Is Solomon a good busi-
ness man and not a Bolshevik man, or
is the story a fish or a Ford story?
