CLUB WOMEN ADDRESSED
BY DR. ADOLPH STEINER
JACKSON.—Dr. Adolph Steiner
gave an.intensely interesting talk on
"The Passover" at the weekly meet-
ing of the Business and Professional
Woman's Club, at the Jackson City
Club, Tuesday noon, giving • brief
history of the Passover and the
events leading up to it, and explain-
ing why it was no named.
Dr. Steiner pointed out that the
Passover was the beginning of civil-
ization, liberty and freedom and with
liberty and freedom came education,
the three fundamentals of all civiliz-
ation. He cited the Passover as not
only being an important Jewish holi-
day, but one equally important for
all mankind, and he brought out the
fact that all religions, regardless of
creed or kind, come from one source,
God, who implants them in the hu-
man mind.
