COMPANY INCREASES
CAPITALIZATION

Mr. Abraham Cooper, President of
the Union Investment Company, an-
nounces that the capitalization of
this company is being increased to
$400,000.
The Union Investment Company
was incorporated in February, 1919,
for the prunary purpose of financing
dealers in motor vehicles, and build-
tog contractors, with a modest ini-
tial capital of $25,000. The business
of the Company has grown so rapidly
and profitably as to warrant the use
of increased capital and expansion on
a larger scale.
The new capitalization is in the
form of $200,0()0 preferred stock, pay-
ing eight per cent, and $200,00) in
common stock. This stock is gradu-
ally being disposed of as the addi-
tional funds can be absorbed into the
growing business.
