number of remittances received in
anticipation of the Passover holidays.

nounced yesterday that no remittan-
ces would be received from April 2 to
April 15, inclusive. The temporary
suspension of the service, which will
he resumed on April 16, is to prevent
an undue accumulation of money in
laces where conditions are not stable.
The committee is now able to trans-
mit money to practically all countries
which were affected by the war.
