Sulzberger has been invited by Gov-
ernor Sproul to be a member of the
Commission to study the Need for a
Constitutional Convention. This
body was authorized at the last ses-
sion of the Legislature, at the sugges-
tion of, Governor Sproul and will be
composed of twenty-live men repre-
senting various phases of the State's
interests. The c ommission vil I study
the Slate -Constitution, and it is On-
erally bdiev•d that it will draft in
more or less definite form a new State
Constitution, which will be submitted

session of the Legislature authorizes
the holding of a Constitutional Con-

Symphony in C Minor" and Wehcr's
'Oberon' overture. The orchestra
had intended including Beethoven's
'Dedication of the House," but it was
found that the score required by so
large an orchestra could not be pro-
cured in America, or imported in time
for the opening performance.
