A PUBLIC LETTER

TO ALL
AU7'0110BILE
OWNERS:

What will you do on the first cold morning this year?

Will you be one of the happy motor;sts who can leave the breakfast table
without a worry, safe in the surety that your car is going to start the min-
ute you ask it to, and feel safe that damaging signs of old man Jack Frost
won't greet you at first glance?

Or will you be on the other side—an automobile owner who must count
on about a half hour's work in the garage before starting for town? Per-
haps a freeze-up to contend with!

It doesn't matter much what it is—whether you must lug pails of water for
your radiator that you drained out in fear of its freezing the night before
—or whether you pour in any one of many "dope" preparations to keep
it from freezing, or whether you must thaw out a radiator already frozen.
It's all something you shouldn't be obliged to do.

Of course you know that the air-cooled FRANKLIN has no water. That
eliminates all winter-time troubles. Park a FRANKLIN in front of your
office on a cold morning, then come out at noon and drive away. Nothing
frozen—nothing to freeze.

Just keep the FRANKLIN in mind when that first cold morning comes.

Very truly yours,

W. J. DOUGHTY

619 Cass Avenue.
