The Young People's Society of
Temple Beth lit are planning a
series of interesting events for
Sunday, Nlav 11, a veritable sol-
diers - sailors - students - and -
strangers 'AVelconte - day. The
initial event will be a special serv-
ice at the Temple Sunday morn-
ing fur the guests of the day, with
an appropriate sermon by Rabbi
Franklin 5111( an especially ar-
ranged musical program. Fol-
lowing the service the visitors of
the day will be dinner guests at
the homes of the members. At
3 :30 ill the afternoon there will
he a matinee dance at the Tem-
ple for the benefit of the stu-
dents from the Vitiversity of
:\lichigan, who expect to leave
early. At 1; o'clock ditmer will be
served for the young people and
their guests. An elaborate enter-
tainment, lasting from tt until 9:90,
will precede the dancing, which
trill close the all-day program.

the table, prettily set with pink and
white favors. The following little
