THE JEWISH CHRONICLE

As A Jew

YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN
THE JEWISH COMMUNITY
BLUE BOOK

The Jewish Community Blue Book, which is now in pro-
cess of compilation, will be a bright, interesting and welcome
addition to any library.

It will give to the Jewry of Detroit a ready reference book
which will prove of constant interest and of unquestioned au-
thority.

It will contain many worth-while facts gleaned from various
sources, as well as trenchant topics that have never before
been printed.

The Jewish Community Blue Book will offer a reliable di-
rectory of Detroit Jewish organizations, their purposes and their
membership.

It will provide information of historical interest to Detroit
Jews--interesting data relative to our synagogues, lodges and
clubs.

It will contain an official list of Detroit Jews who hastened
to answer their country's call in its hour of trial, and reflected
undying glory upon their country and their creed.

It will point out the opportunities for service and emphasize
the need of closer co-operation.

It will present well-written, comprehensive biographies of
those worth-while men whose achievements rank high in the
fields of religion, arts, letters and commerce, revealing for the
first time in many cases, intimate sidelights on the lives of big
men who are little known to the general public.
