Sabbath Services.

Services throughout the summer
will be held at Temple Beth El at 10
o'clock every Sabbath morning In.

New Red Cross Quota.

The Temple Beth El chapter of the
Red Cross has received notification
that its members are expected to turn
out 1,000 comfort bags for our troops
on the way overseas. In order to fill
this quota it will be necessary to have
every possible worker do her share.
Now that the vseettion is practically
over it is hoped that the next meet-
ing of the unit on Tuesday, August
27, will be attended by every member
in the city.

Meeting for Harvest Festival.

All children who have been as-
signed parts for the Harvest Festival
arc requested to meet at the Temple
Tuesday morning, Aug. 27th, at ten
o'clock. Parents will please see that
the children attend.

ENTERTAIN A SOLDIER.

The members of Temple Beth El
are urgently requested to respond to ,
the appeal of the local Welfare Board
to supply homes for the soldiers who
come to us during the Holy days. If
you are in a position to entertain a!
soldier please make that fact known:

Red Cross Activities.

The Red Cross Unit of the Ladies
Auxiliary Society of Shaarey Zedek
will continue to meet as usual during
the summer months on Monday eve-
ning from 7 to 9 p. nu.} and every
Wednesday from 9 a. m..to 5 p. tn.

Hebrew School is conducted daily,
