Judge Levine came to Cleveland an
immigrant, studied law, became as-
sistant prosecutor, police court judge,
and a few years ago was elected to the
circuit court by one of the largest
majorities ever given a judicial candi-
date. He is especially well known
his progressive and humane meth-

for establishing a domestic relations
court.
The younger pupils of the Alan
Kopelson School of Pianoforte. 160
Nleilbury, will provide the musical
feature of the meeting. They will
present a two-act playlet depicting
scenes in the life of the great com-
poser, Beethoven. Participants, who
will be in costume, will represent
Beethoven, his parents. the composer
Mozart, and others. This delightful
