The crying need of Isreal today is a Jewish center, a center whence should emanate influ- ences tending to quicken the Jewish consciousness, to deepen the Jewish spirit, to revivify and strengthen the sense of Jewish solidarity. Zionism is essential- ly a conservation movement having as its aim the conserva- tion of our most precious re- sources—our Jewish resources. The appeal for the Palestine Re- storation Fund should strike a -Donsive chord in the heart of ever) loyal Jew or Jewess. - share in the hope that the efforts presently being put forth to make Palestine habitable for such of the Jews of the world as care to live there will be realized.
