fare Work at Camp Sevier has been
awarded the prize of $300 for the
best essay on "The War in the . Light
of International l.aw" by a lawyer of
less than five years' practice, given by
the Pan-American Historical Society.
Prizes of equal amounts were given
for the best essays on the same sub-
ject by a law student and by a law-
yer of more than five years' practice.
Mr. Gross's essay, together with the
two other winners, will he published
by the society in March.
