Railway officials say that 25,000 people
come to Detroit daily, and that a larger
percentage come to STAY than ever be-
fore. The M. C. R. R. brings 1,000 indi-
vidual shipments of household goods to
Detroit monthly over the M. C. alone.
Notwithstanding the summer's great
building activities, Detroit's housing con-
ditions—for the wage-earner—are still con-
gested. Frame cottages and flats—to sell
or rent at moderate prices—are and always
will be mighty profitable investments.
And we can help you out on your lum-
ber, interior finish, sash, doors, lath, shin-
gles, etc., so as to make it even More profit-
able for you.
